Using a range of massaging techniques to both relax tension throughout the whole body and allow better circulation and healing to the worked areas. This can be used to improve muscle and skeletal problems, circulation, stress, or even a bit of a tune up. May include techniques from Raynor style massage, which focuses on lines of restriction and tension through the body.
Cupping is a great tool to add to your treatment. Modern cupping uses purpose made cups and techniques for muscle restrictions and blood flow, with a great emphasis on fascia, the tissue between our muscles and joints. Traditional glass fire cupping treats tight muscles, knots, restricted movement, poor circulation and much more.
With modern cupping, bruise-like marks may appear but are unlikely in most cases. If you do notice marking it is nothing to worry about, it often happens when people have a lot of restrictions or bruise easily, and it should vanish in 1 to 2 weeks. With fire cupping the marks are expected, even desired. They rarely hurt but often last 1 to 3 weeks, and we recommend no shower, bath or swimming for 3 to 4 hours afterwards.
Book thisDry needling is an amazing technique using single use, laser cut sterile needles. It can relax muscles instantly, and works well with swelling and areas that are sore to touch. It may include remedial massage while needling.
Reflexology is stimulation through pressure on the external parts of the body, the reflex points. These include the hands, feet, head, face and ears. It can affect the organs and body systems, and allow a flow of energy to these points that can result in deep relaxation, healing and internal body awareness.
Reiki is an energy healing technique that promotes relaxation and reduced stress and anxiety through gentle touch. Reiki practitioners use their hands to deliver energy to your body, improving the flow and balance of your energy to support healing.

Sometimes we forget that their aches, pains and discomforts are very real, and more importantly, sometimes very treatable. Parents and guardians are encouraged to come along. The best thing about working with kids is that many of the things that are not fixable in adults are much simpler with children.
The appointment is booked for an hour, but do not worry if we do not need that long. It is hard for little humans to sit still that long, so we always work to their level of comfort.

I have passionately studied massage, anatomy and a large range of skills to help the body for over a decade. I truly care for the people I see and believe greatly in improving people's lives. I do dry needling, remedial massage and cupping, fire, traditional, silicon and myofascial. I specialise in injury and alignment of the body. I've studied lots of different styles of massage and manual therapy, and continue to learn more ways to help bring the best results for you.

I am an intuitive and energetic healer with a background in remedial massage, reflexology, Ortho Bionomy techniques, Reiki and hot stone massage. Over a decade in experience. I have always loved helping and healing people and animals.

Sandy works with relaxation and Raynor style massage, following the lines of restriction and tension through the body to ease muscle and skeletal problems, improve circulation, and take the edge off stress.
